Commitment to Safety

Atlantic Management and Construction, Inc. recognizes that healthy employees drive our business. As our most critical resource, employees will be safeguarded through training, provision of appropriate work surroundings and procedures that foster protection of health and safety. All work conducted by our employees will take into account the intent of this policy. No duty, no matter what its perceived result, will be deemed more important than employee health and safety.

AMC is firmly committed to the safety of each and every employee and subcontractor. It is imperative that all of our site supervisors insist on the maximum safety at all AMC run construction sites. Each employee is encouraged to report unsafe work practices or safety concerns encountered while on site. All accidents/incidents are reported to the supervisor on site. A key factor in implementing this policy is the strict compliance to all applicable federal, state and local policies and protocols. Failure to comply with these is unacceptable.

Safety is what defines us and sets us apart. Everyone at AMC is held accountable for the overall site safety. Each employee and subcontractor regardless of their job title has the responsibility to say something if they see a safety concern. That, combined with open lines of communication between all employees allows all AMC job sites to run safely and efficiently. AMC's commitment to safety is second to none and we strive to keep it that way.
